PMP- Clinical Project Manager with CPOE and Cerner experience

Primary Function

Lead, direct and implement a major Cerner Millennium systems design, development, and implementation project for our client.

Responsibilities

• Created/controls the development of system specific project/work plans, task sequencing, goals, deadlines, testing and implementation to the extent to which tasks can be performed concurrently.
• Includes pre/post go live support of complex system applications
• Develops and maintains associated project plan templates and supporting documentation

Technical Skills

• Must have CPOE implementation experience
• Coordinates advanced level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, training and maintenance of these systems

Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Must be PMP certified and would prefer an RN
• 7 years of Project Management experience
• Experience in Cerner Millennium solutions that include FirstNet, SurgiNet and Enterprise Scheduling
