Other Insurance Plans
We have partnered with Aflac to provide you with a voluntary supplemental insurance plan. Aflac's plans are designed to put money back in your pocket for expenses relating to unfortunate events and illnesses like accidents or cancer.
iMethods employees are covered under our: Professional Liability, General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance policies. Additionally, employees are W-2 status and iMethods is responsible for all related taxes, payroll expenses and deductions associated with your employment.
We offer a voluntary 401(k) retirement savings plan. We have also arranged for a private investment counselor to assist you with allocating your funds. Eligibility starts 30 days after hire.
All employees get paid weekly and have direct deposit by week two of employment.
Our traveling technical employees and consultants are offered appropriate tax-exempt reimbursements for round-trip expenses. In addition, we will reimburse all expenses related to your travel and housing costs while on an engagement away from home.
