Challenge: Finish Strong, 2009
This has been the Mantra of the Hire Methods Family of companies. Sounds tough, right?
Well it’s all in your drive, your passion and your spirit. I was at the gym recently and was watching the endless sea of people on rows & rows of Elliptical machines, and I thought to myself “we are like hamsters on the proverbial wheel…going nowhere…what would it take to get the results we truly want? How can we get to the next level, becoming stronger…better”
To get results whether personal or professional, this is what I know….You have to do things that make you uncomfortable…get out of your comfort zone! Push yourself to be better and better. Perfect example if you maintain the same resistance & level on the Elliptical…it doesn’t really get you anywhere and over time you will become stale and won’t improve your fitness. Same thing holds true in your professional life. So up the ante, make yourself more marketable next year….learn a new skill, take advantage of the resources you have; internet, books, networking, sign up for a class.
I believe that 2009 has been a real eye opener for many of us, we are all anxious to begin 2010, with a new focus and perspective. To start thing off right lets....Finish Strong in 2009, Challenge yourself…Be the best you can be! Understand that you choose your own path and that is a sacred privilege in life…
