Control issues…
 So, as many of you know I will be tying the knot on August 28th. As excited as I am, I’m terrified to be leaving work for two weeks! I can’t imagine not being available to talk to you all during the day and help you with the daily concerns you have about finding a new career opportunity… I’m going to have to learn to lean on my co-workers for assistance!
We are so fortunate to have such a great team here at Hire Methods and we really work amazingly well together… but leaving my responsibilities to someone else makes me feel a little sick to my stomach! I guess this is what teamwork is really all about- you get to a point where you have no choice other than to allow your team members help you… I know that everyone will help while I’m out and I know that you all will receive the assistance that you need because I do trust my coworkers. I will just miss you peeps while I’m gone!
