 HDI is the world’s largest membership, training, and certification association for technical support professionals. Their First Coast Chapter is holding a meeting at Southeast Corporate FCU on Thursday, May 14th at 5:30.
iMethods President Chad Perce will be on hand speaking about, "Networking, how to stand out in this job market." There will also be a presentation from Blue Cross Blue Shield Help Desk Manager Juan Torres on, "How to Continue Improving Service with Less Staff."
