What is YOUR Zone?
Take a deep breath. Let go…..Now, remind yourself that this VERY moment is the only one you have for sure.
If you are thinking about the past or worrying about what the future may hold, focus your energies on the present moment. This is where your power is the greatest! Doing your best at this moment puts you in the best place for the next. Often times we get so distracted with the day to day interruptions and distractions that we forget to stop, take in our surroundings and really figure out what we want out of this thing called Life.
When you find yourself in the midst of these distractions, focus on your breathing. Observe everything that is around you. Take this opportunity to clear your mind and get into a ZONE…your ZONE. This is created by you….you can define it. It can be anything from a cool breeze at the beach, the sunset, a very delicious mango shake or whatever you feel like thinking as long as it is positive. When we have positive thoughts and positive self-talk we can eliminate any self doubt and become more confident, better, stronger, resilient and realize that we are destined for greatness!
